the staff was nice. the cog railway was close (only two minutes away). it offered rides to and from the center plus it was free. it definitely added a novelty.
the room looked a little tired. the bathtub did not have any enamel anymore.

the location was acceptable with views of the surrounding landscape..
my room was quite small, and there wasn't a chair or a table to be found, not even a spot for them either. most of my stuff stayed in the car since there was no space to put anything. it was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.

i had a really fantastic stay the staff were friendly. My room had an amazing view i could see the fog rising from the forests. The train station is very close to the hotel it takes you to the mountain. Breakfast was great but the evening meal was superb
i booked a room with a balcony several months in advance when i arrived that room was already occupied by other guests

the staff offered helpful assistance at all times i received prompt responses and solutions to all requests. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff was available 24 hours a day.

the chalet sits in the midst of the Swiss mountains with greenery and nice views of the lake and city. The location allows you to explore scenic hiking trails and enjoy panoramic views.

the location, close to the train station, proved acceptable.
I found the room disappointing. The lamp was inadequate, and the door lacked a proper lock. furthermore, the cleanliness was substandard, and the shared bathroom was less than ideal.
